Pay: $75 per tour + 100% of tips
Schedule: Evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak tourism periods
Ghost City Tours is looking for enthusiastic, dependable individuals to become Ghost City Ambassadors. More than a tour guide, you'll be the face of our company—creating unforgettable experiences through engaging storytelling, exceptional guest service, and a genuine passion for Key West.
What You'll Do:
* Lead guided walking tours through historic Key West.
* Deliver company-approved stories with confidence and personality.
* Welcome guests and provide a fun, professional experience.
* Manage group safety, pacing, and engagement.
* Represent Ghost City Tours with professionalism and pride.
* Arrive prepared, on time, and ready to create memorable experiences.
We're Looking For Someone Who Is:
* Reliable and dependable.
* Comfortable speaking to groups.
* Friendly, energetic, and guest-focused.
* Passionate about Key West and its history.
* Coachable and eager to learn.
* Professional and responsible.
Experience in hospitality, tourism, theater, teaching, customer service, restaurants, or public speaking is a plus, but not required. We provide comprehensive training.
Applicants must be able to:
* Speak clearly to groups outdoors.
* Learn and retain tour material.
* Walk and stand for the duration of tours, with or without reasonable accommodation.
* Work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak tourism seasons.
* Communicate professionally and arrive reliably for scheduled tours.
